Robert Weil, born in Metz, France, in 1913, is a Holocaust survivor and was a participant in liberation with the Eighth US Infantry Division. Weil began giving speeches concerning his experiences during the Holocaust in 1976 while working for the Philadelphia Jewish Community Relations Council.
